J&B MET

We developed a multi-year strategy for one of South Africa’s leading horse race events.

In 2014, we were approached by the J&B Met. Our initial focus was to increase attendance and reduce costs, followed by the expansion of their commercial programme.

We improved the J&B Met experience by adding a new food village, a world-class entertainment line-up, and more effective security, signage and ticketing logistics. By implementing more efficient operating models and an improved media and marketing strategy, we were able to grow event attendance to 35,000 +, lower operational costs by 10% and increase overall revenue.
